Today we're officially opening Lummura — a small software studio building focused tools for the operators who keep buildings full, deals moving, and shelves stocked. No platform. No "all-in-one." Just a few products that do one job, very well.
The short version
Operators don't need another suite. They need a tool that respects their workflow, loads in under a second, and doesn't bury the one button they'll press fifty times a day. That gap is what Lummura exists to close.
We started inside real estate because operators in this industry kept asking, clearly, for the same thing: less software, doing more of the boring work. CityPMS (property management, HOA, and investor relations) and CityFlipper (for active investors, wholesalers, and flippers) are the first answers.
From here, every release ships behind a public changelog, every roadmap decision starts with an operator call, and pricing stays honest. That's the company we're opening today.
