Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: June 20, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Lummura Systems LLC products, including CityPMS and CityFlipper (the "Services"). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. You may not

  • use the Services in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right (including fair-housing, anti-discrimination, telemarketing, anti-spam, and consumer-protection laws);
  • upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, infringing, or that discloses another person's information without authorization;
  • send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or other communications, or use the Services to harvest contact information;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or related systems and networks;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or interfere with the Services, except to the extent expressly permitted by law;
  • introduce viruses, worms, or other malicious code;
  • use the Services to make automated decisions about housing, credit, or insurance without appropriate human review and required disclosures;
  • resell or sublicense the Services without our written consent.

2. Fair housing and tenant screening

When you use CityPMS or any Lummura Service to evaluate applicants, residents, owners, or vendors, you are solely responsible for complying with applicable fair-housing, equal-credit, and tenant-screening laws. Lummura does not make and is not responsible for any decision you make using the Services.

3. Real estate marketing and outreach

When you use CityFlipper or any Lummura Service to contact property owners, leads, or counterparties, you are responsible for honoring do-not-call and do-not-email lists, consent requirements, and disclosure rules. Do not impersonate Lummura or any third party in your outreach.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access without notice for severe or repeated violations. We may remove offending content and cooperate with law-enforcement requests as required by law.

5. Reporting abuse

To report a violation of this AUP, email Info@Lummura.com with details. We review reports promptly.
